Product Marketing Manager
Location: Mexico, Remote
Jonajo Consulting, a fast-growing company focused on the beauty industry and other sectors, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies for our digital products, with a focus on Virtual Try On for the cosmetics industry. Additionally, we have other apps in the sectors of transportation, games, and real estate that require effective marketing strategies. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, positioning and messaging our products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our digital products.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue for our Virtual Try On for the cosmetics industry, as well as other apps in the transportation, games, and real estate sectors.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, and track and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand user needs and behaviors, and provide product feedback to inform product development and innovation.
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
- Lead the creation and execution of product launch plans, including market segmentation, value proposition, and competitive analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and success across the business.
- Manage and provide guidance to junior marketing team members to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in product marketing preferred.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid advertising).
- Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot) and analytics platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and/or other sectors that Jonajo Consulting focuses on.
