Software Tester / QA Analyst

We are looking to hire an entry-level Software QA Analyst to help with manual and usability testing, which requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A great QA developer gives programmers immediate feedback on what they did right and what they did wrong. This means you spend a lot of your time writing manual test plans along with testing frameworks to get the job done. One of the most valuable features of a QA Analyst is providing quick feedback, be it positive or negative.


Here are some things you will do as a QA Analyst:

  • Write test plans, conduct manual regression and new functionality testing, and analyze test results
  • Design, develop and execute test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements
  • Perform thorough test case execution and defect reporting
  • Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system
  • Recommend design improvements or corrections to software engineers and business analysts throughout the development process
