Commissioned Sales Representative
Jonajo Consulting is looking for Commissioned Sales Representatives to build out it's sales staff in the SF Bay Area! As a sales representative you’ll be trained in all of our services and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. Since this is a commission based position we provide uncapped commission, the sky’s the limit!
Responsibilities:
- Promotion of products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Make and receive phone calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Attending meet-ups to meet prospective clients.
- Delivering sales pitches.
- Handle meeting arrangements.
- Work one-on-one with the general management on developing new sales strategies.
- Prepare and create sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Working proficiency with a CRM such as Salesforce, or SugarCRM.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Handle confidential matters with great sensitivity and professionalism.
- 5 years work experience with US clients or individuals.
- Verifiable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter, positive, energetic with a ‘can-do’ personality.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
