We collect certain information through our website and mobile application, located at https://www.jonajo.com/talent (our “Website”). This page (this “Privacy Policy”) lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of any such information that identifies an individual user or that could be used to contact or locate him or her (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”).

This Privacy Policy applies only our Website. It does not apply to any third party site or service linked to our Website or recommended or referred by our Website or by our staff. And it does not apply to any other website or online service operated by our company, or to any of our offline activities.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following Personally Identifiable Information from users who request information from us via the "Learn More" form on our site: name, e-mail address, telephone number, address.

We also use “cookies” to collect certain information from all users who visit our site. A cookie is a string of data our system sends to your computer and then uses to identify your computer when you return to our Website. Cookies give us usage data, like how often you visit, where you go at the site, and what you do.

Our Use of Personal Information

We use your Personally Identifiable Information to contact you via email or phone about our goods and services. We also use that information to the extent necessary to enforce our Website terms of service and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.

We use information gained through cookies to compile statistical information about use of our Website, such as the time users spend at the site and the pages they visit most often. Those statistics do not include PII.

TruDepth API and Face Tracking Information

• Some of our apps use face tracking technology to augment or alter a user's face for their own use. This data is only used for displaying live, augmented reality, and none of this face tracking data is stored. Data gathered from face tracking will not be used for marketing, advertising or use-based data mining, by us or by third parties.
• Any third party with whom our apps share user data (in compliance with Guideline 5.1.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines) — such as analytics tools, advertising networks and third-party SDKs, as well as any parent, subsidiary or other related entities that will have access to user data — will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in  this privacy policy and required by these Guidelines.
• No face tracking data is stored in the app, but only used to display live augmented reality.

Our Privacy Commitment

1. We don't sell your Personal Information to anyone for any purpose. Period.
2. We keep your Personal Information in our business records while you are a User or Customer, or until it is no longer needed for business, tax or legal purposes.
3. We will keep your information safe using encryption or other appropriate security controls.

California Privacy Rights

Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship (1) a list of categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the User, that a business has disclosed to third parties [including affiliates that are separate legal entities] during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
