Local Airbnb Assistant (part-time local)
We are seeking an Onsite Assistant to join our Airbnb property management team. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking for a side job, particularly a parent seeking flexible opportunities. The role involves scheduled visits to properties and occasional on-demand assignments, making it suitable for individuals residing in the East Bay area, close to Hayward, Fremont, and Newark.
Scheduled Property Visits:
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of Airbnb properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to our high standards.
- Address any immediate concerns and report findings to the property management team.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc tasks that may arise outside of regular schedules.
- Perform minor do-it-yourself (DIY) and home improvement tasks as needed.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the property management team.
- Relay information about property condition and any issues that may arise.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
- Reside in or near the East Bay area (Hayward, Fremont, Newark).
- Availability for both scheduled and on-demand assignments.
- Previous experience in DIY tasks and basic home improvements.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
