Product Manager - Digital Advertising
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Product Manager to design the next generation of our digital advertising products. We need a person who can see the beauty of the internet, understands the necessity of advertising, and has the passion and ability to combine the two in unique ways. We are building a technology platform that helps increase revenue and engagement for publishers. Turning content into a rich interactive experience for visitors, letting people compete through trivia, rank against others, chat, and connect socially.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product lifecycle: Conception, story and requirements gathering, design, development, testing, launch, optimization, and beyond.
- Be the Product owner of digital ad products.
- Create User Epics and Stories in a Scrum Team.
- Care about users: Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer service feedback into product requirements to ensure we are delivering the most impactful experience.
- Manage the creation: Coordinate and bring the best out of our product team and all the teams it touches: Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.
- Love Data: Manage and test and inform product decisions based on quantitative (A/B testing) and qualitative (user testing) data from user.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, or other related fields
- Good knowledge of the digital advertising Tech space
- 1+ years of experience as a product owner in a scrum team
- •3+ years of experience creating and taking-to-market a fantastic digital product with significant review.
- The ability to shape vision with senior leaders and the passion to make that vision a reality
- Understanding and experience in user-centered design process
- Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on ideas with differing opinions
